I took lessons with Taskeen and she turned out to be extremely unprofessional even though I felt like I was learning from her lessons. She told me to book my test Mid july based on my driving and I booked it mid August, she also confirmed to me that if I did not find a slot in watford I could look at borehamwood. I ended up booking my test there and she did not take me to practice there even once and made excuses like "I dont trust you with my car going there" which made zero sense to me. She then told me a few weeks before my test that she is not willing to take me to my test and to cancel or change it as she will not let me use her car and was arrogant about it too. This is highly unethical behavior and made me never want to go with another driving instructor at that school. I then ended up finding another instructor last minute at borehamwood where I successfully drove her car from watford to borehamwood and she was kind enough to take me on board last minute. DO NOT RECOMMEND this school, save your time and money.

Booked with Musa (one of the driving instructors) less than a week before my driving test in an area that I am unfamiliar with. Helped me with my confidence, improved my driving and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

I booked driving lessons with this instructor because I also booked his car for my driving test. My driving test is the very next day, so the lesson was extremely important. However, just before the scheduled lesson, he messaged me saying he couldn't come because of a family issue. While emergencies can happen, cancelling at the last minute without offering a proper solution has left me in a very difficult position right before my test. This caused me unnecessary stress and made it hard to find another instructor on such short notice. Based on my experience, I found the service unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this instructor to anyone who needs someone dependable for driving lessons or a driving test.

I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor than Musa. He’s a genuinely nice guy who is always polite, patient, and understanding. From my first lesson to passing my test, he made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He explains everything clearly, never rushes you, and is always encouraging, even when you make mistakes.
